嘻嘻~ 突然很想把家里吃的好料和大家分享!所以再开一个分类:《爸妈靓餸》哦♥
为什么会说是《爸妈靓餸》呢?因为我老爸也有一手好厨艺,不会输给妈妈的!有时候妈妈做夜班的时候,就由老爸亲自下厨!能吃到老爸煮的料理好幸福呢~ 就如同能吃到心爱的人为自己煮的料理一样

我们家有两种鱼头米,一种是炸的,一种是没有炸的,炸的是老爸的拿手好菜,可是妈妈煮的也不差,无论肉和汤都很鲜甜,一级棒!
我喜欢的鱼头米是没有加奶的,因为加奶会破坏汤的鲜甜。我爸说,真正的鱼头米是不需要加奶就能变成白色的。那为什么汤会是白色的呢?其实很神奇哦!当你把炸过的鱼放进汤里煮的时候,就会变成白色呢~
这是昨天的晚餐:鱼头米,鱼是星期天哥哥去钓回来的生鱼,呵呵~
